We are Nexus Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior UI Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria

What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
