We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Junior Social Media Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV

What We're Looking For:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
