We are JetStreamDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Junior Business Development Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale

- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
